Request and Authorisation

A flexible request and authorisation mechanism allows you to control how information is updated within the system. For example you can have holiday request going to line managers, bank details to payroll and next of kin changes automatically authorised.

The flexibility within the self service module also allows you to escalate those requests that are not authorised in a timely fashion and have group authorisation for important changes.

All requests and subsequent authorisations or rejections are logged so you always have a full audit.
