Our training methods and materials have been proven over 10 years. Courses are developed and conducted by our own team of personnel and training consultants and are continuously refined in light of feedback from clients. Our approach is a flexible one. A Simply Personnel training professional is always available to discuss your specific requirements and to propose a tailored plan assembled from our extensive range of training options.


We can come to your location to provide one-to-one or one-to-two coaching sessions or to conduct a formal training event for up to six delegates. Whatever your training requirement, we will provide a customised training solution.

A training scenario in which the delegate works with data from his or her real work environment can often be easier to relate to than one that relies solely on fictional records. What's more, the effectiveness and accuracy of the reports generated can be immediately validated according to real-life criteria. We encourage the use of real data in all our courses. However, we fully appreciate that the demands of confidentiality may rule this out. In such cases we can readily provide realistic simulated data and this is, in fact, the norm for all our familiarisation training courses.

If you wish, you can also influence the structure of your course. Instead of the more conventional product 'tour', addressing each of the data entry screens in turn, we can concentrate on your own training priorities. We can supply you with a topic list from which you can select those functional areas which concern you most.
