Social responsibility is at the heart of all things we do.

At Simply Personnel we believe that business management determines the positive and negative impact a business can have in the workplace, environment and community. In the last 12 months we have made significant changes to our business management and processes to ensure that we increase our positive impact.

We have made impressive environmental improvements in reducing both our use of paper and our carbon footprint. In the last 12 months we have achieved our objective of becoming a completely paperless organisation. All correspondence is carried out electronically and we have a 'no printer' policy. We have also successfully changed our sales model from field to online usine the latest technologies. Now we have100% of our sales force working from home conducting sales via teleconferencing and online demonstrations reducing the need to travel.

At Simply Personnel we are passionate about equality in the workplace, our flexible working policies and business culture ensure that we provide equal opportunities for all. We are proud to have an equal gender split on our board.

At Simply Personnel we try to ensure that our suppliers and resellers are conducting business responsibly and work together where possible. We ask all resellers to complete a short CSR questionnaire and hope to carry out a reseller community project in 2008.

In 2007 we plan to provide volunteering opportunities to all staff. Each staff member is provided with 2 paid days per year to carry out voluntary activities. Currently 20% of our organisation are engaged in voluntary activities.

Finally we live our values through our products. Simply Personnel is as flexible and friendly as we are. We always ask for your input and ideas, this year we are responding to you by developing our product to include managing employee volunteering and measuring carbon footprints.
