Absence Entitlements:
Monitor how many days an employee should get as full sick pay entitlement and how many days on a reduced rate, by setting up the absence entitlements, this can be sorted by the absence category and added to an employee via a profile. It can also be add to employees via the global updates section.
Screen Designer:
Use the screen designer to create new pages in your employee record, add text boxes, dropdown list, date fields and tick boxes. Mask these fields so they will only accept alpha or numeric characters and create formulas to calculate amounts. You can also link these to blank database field so you can use these in simply answers and mail merge documents.
Task list:
If you want to add a quick reminder that doesn’t relate to a specific employee, on the main dashboard click ‘here’ button under Task Summary, Select ‘ADD’ at the bottom of the page, but leave the employee field blank. This will give you the reminder but not link to an employee. Create automatic task so they will alert you at a certain event.
Document Management :
Use the Doc/Contracts page within the employee record to manage and store all of the letters and scanned documents. You can date them and rename the file so they are easy to find, double click on the entry to view the document. You can also use the page to send mail merged documents and emails whilst keeping a copy on the system.
Rota’s:
Use the easy set up Rota system to plan 7,14,21 and 28 days in advance. Holidays and absence can be added here which will update the main application. Tally the amount of working hours per employee and Rota. Create bespoke teams of employees with different job titles and set a maximum amount of hours that can be allocated within a certain time frame.
