Application Support Analyst
2nd line Application Support Analyst required. Analyst will be responsible for investigating and resolving support issues on busy helpdesk.
Duties will include investigating and resolving issues via phone, email and via remote logon software. There are several modules to the software you will be supporting ranging from desktop applications to web based.
Performing remote upgrades and installations and some logging of support tickets. Maintenance of internal systems and individual computers. Produce technical and non-technical documentation for the software, including manuals, online knowledgebase and release notes.
Essentials Skills:
- Previous Application Support experience on busy helpdesk
- Experience of using Windows XP or Vista and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
- Strong customer liaison skills.
- Must be organised and capable of working under own initiative and able to work to tight deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with SQL Server
- Exchange/Outlook
- Internet Information Server

Salary: 16k along with performance based bonuses.
