Mabey & Johnson manufactures bridge equipment to maintain traffic flows in major cities, provide general site access, restore vital lifelines in disaster-stricken areas and provide new bridges in rural areas and secure military supply routes. All bridge systems are manufactured to a high degree of accuracy, ensuring quality production reaches the customer.

HR Challenge

With in excess of 250 employees and continual investment in the research and development of new and existing production processes, the company needed to evolve its methods of managing training from a series of spreadsheets and paper based systems to a more centralised , reliable and pro-active training management system.

Solution
