With a growing workforce of 87 personnel, both office and field based, including directors, senior managers, line managers and employees, Furniture@Work needed a pro-active HR system that would generate clearer information about the organisation, to facilitate more effective management, as well as provide employees and line managers 24/7 access to HR.

Solution

Simply Personnel's ' Personnel Manager ' and 'Self Service' provided the company with a user-friendly HR system that can be used by managers and employees alike. Its powerful reporting system enables line managers to gain greater departmental control; employees are able to make online requests for annual leave, etc, whilst the system's secure architecture ensures the HR manager remains in total control.
