Bank holiday tables- New bank holiday tables mean that you can pre-create bank holiday days which are then automatically entered on the employees calender.
Improved screens for right to work- An important area for any business is ensuring the employees have the right to work. The new right to work section along with the expiry dates for visa and work permits make this much easier.
Additional automatic warning using the traffic lights warning system- The task list has been enhanced to now warn you about upcoming events and activities from even more areas of the system. Upgraded document management system- One of the key areas of Simply Personnel is the document management area. Document management allows you to mail merge from standard documents, store scanned documents and even emails, centrally in one area. We've streamlined how this part of the system works so you can make sure you really reduce the administration work associated with contracts, appraisals and salary changes.
