Major Fix - Fix within 48 hours for all critical functions.
Guaranteed Operations - Supplier will provide whatever technical support necessary in order to meet all critical processing cycles.
Modifications - Support for custom modifications in all future releases.
Training - Follow-up training for major changes in system releases.
Documentation - As part of ongoing maintenance, automatically send any updates to the technical and functional manuals.
Upgrades - Included as part of the support fee.
