Loading Your Existing Data
At Simply Personnel we can load your existing data from spreadsheets, other HR systems or just databases you may have.
If you prefer we have a set of data transfer spreadsheets that you can cut and paste your data into. We will then load the contents of these spreadsheets into the database for you.
Our data transfer process is designed to make sure you don't need to re-enter any of the information you already have and typically takes place within 24 hours of receiving your data files.
The data is audited, loaded and checked and then a database is passed back to you.
We recognise the confidentiallity of your data and our contracts have stringent non-disclosure clauses built into our contracts to protect you. In addition data can be sent by recorded delivery or safely to our secure servers.
And once we've finished with your data it's completely removed from our servers.
