How we Manage the Project

Key to the success of the Simply Personnel HR system is the project implementation. If required Simply Personnel will prepare a detailed implementation plan identifying the key tasks that need to be performed by you and Simply Personnel. This approach will ensure that the implementation is quick and effective, taking into account your team's environment. We will appoint a project manager, whose responsibility begins at the Project Initiation and continues until the project is formally closed.

The Implementation stage covers installation, setup, training and the completion of all other objectives

This is the main element of the project. Throughout the Implementation stage the Project Manager will continually monitor progress, manage risks and issues, produce project progress reports, communicate with you and control changes to the scope of the project.

At the end of the project it will pass from the implementation phase to on-going support in a live environment.

At the end of the project a formal review is undertaken internally to ensure that all the defined goals and activities have been delivered.
