Training Requests
Employees and line manages can request training from the self service module. Once this has been done the request it automatically routed to the appropriate person for authorisation.
Employees can also check number of places on the course and if required add request themselves to be added to the waiting list.
Once a training has been completed the employee can be be prompted to fill out an online training questionnaire.
