What is Self Service
HR is available to both line managers and employees 24/7 and even let HR distribute administration work to line managers as well as to employees with the employee self-service.
You can use as little or as much of the self-service module that you want or need to. You could start with employees just having the ability to request time or holidays and then move on to other information like notifications of employee address changes for an example.
The first step in helping improve the attendance is by enforcing effective recording. Team managers and department heads, or even responsible people that are able to update employee attendance information in actual time and keep the HR software central system updated are provided by self-service.
