The training manager incorporates the workflow which provides both pre and post reminders. You can use this for any task including logistical tasks. You can also delegate each reminder specifically if you so choose.
An important function of using Training Manager HR software is the mapping of processes. Each process defines the way delegates are processed. At each stage in the process these tasks have their own actions. You can assign tasks to automatically merge mailing letters, send out e-mails or even send you a reminder of any manual activities that you are scheduled to do.
